Microsoft User Interface Guidelines on Layout, Icons and Sizing have been a powerful base for this work and we are glad to tell you that they are supported fully. With a help of skinning support and Ribbon UI interface each customer can configure UI to feel comfortable during every day work. EMCO also provides a High Contrast skin along with the bonus skins pack - it is an accessibility feature designed for people who have vision impairment. High Contrast color scheme can increase legibility for some users by heightening screen contrast with alternative color combinations.
